Hexagon releases an auto-scheduler for the Hexquery reporting product. This provides the ability to define, schedule and automatically produce multiple reports for any dates in the future without the need for operator intervention.

Hexagon signs an agreement with Boshaw LLC (Michigan - USA) to jointly develop CRM package.

Hexagon's Flash Site and also it's online shop are now live. The online shop has over 15,000 products and the range will continue to grow over the coming months. These developments utilise the latest web technologies and are a show case of Hexagon's continued efforts to provide customers with state of the art solutions.
>>Nov 2002 - Hexagon's new Web site Stage 1
Hexagon’s web-site has been completely re-written. Two versions will be available, “Standard” html site(stage 1) which is now complete, and a Flash site which combines animation and sound as a show case site for our development . The flash site is due for release Mid Novemeber. The site is best viewed in 800 x 600 mode using Internet explorer 5.5+ or netscape 6+.

Flying Horse Credit Union is the latest in a number of Credit Unions to utilise the HexQuery reporting / extraction tool. The tool is being used to produce financial reports as well as member tracking/analysis of their loans/investments. HexQuery version 2.0 now available.
>>Aug 2002 - Victoria Police Credit Co-op up use Hexagon's Loan documentation product
Victoria Police Credit Co-op (VPCC) is now up and running with the Hexagon Technology Loan documentation product. VPCC are transferring all their member letters and documentation over to the Hexagon Loan Documentation software. The software enables the Co-op to set up all itsdocuments through the one easy to use interface as well as group relevant documents together to form document “packages”. With a simple click of a button all documents relating to a package (eg. a perosnal loan) can be produced for a client. The other benefit is that VPCC can create/modify their letters to suite exactly their requirements

IG Index establishes a base in Australia. IG Index plc is the world's leading financial bookmaker. IG selected Hexagon Technology to plan, design and implement its IT infrastructure in Melbourne. This included everything from the electrical and network cabling of the office, supply and commissioning of servers, workstations and printers, through to the setup and installation of the networking infrastructure enabling secure access and connections to the UK main office. The project also involved the acquisition and set-up of PABX system, telephone recording and VOIP installation and configuration
>>May 2002 - Victoria Teachers Credit Union use HexResizer to administer Universe files
Victoria Teachers Credit Union is the latest in a number of clients to go with the HexResizer product to maintain the efficiency and integrity of their Universe database system. The Hexresizer Windows based tool simplifies the administration process of file resizing, providing automated facilites to calculate optimised file sizes. The user can select files to include in the process and the files can be resized immediately or scheduled for future resize at low peak usage times.
